Onboarding

• Trade licence, GST registration, OEM dealership letter (for new vehicles), two years of trading.
• A site visit by the area sales manager and a separate visit by credit.
• New dealers start on a 90-day probation: every file is checked by the branch credit manager before disbursement.

What we watch every month

• First-EMI default rate (FEMI): loans that miss their first instalment, as a share of loans sourced. The network average is about 2%.
• Exceptions per file, cancelled files, and complaints.
• Insurance and RC endorsement turnaround on the dealer's files.

Triggers

A dealer on hold can still deliver vehicles already sanctioned, but no new files are logged until the audit is closed.
